Peanut Butter Blossoms

Healthy peanut butter blossoms?? YES!

These cookies only require a few ingredients and they are gluten free, low carb, and high protein. What a perfect post dinner snack to satisfy your sweet tooth!


1) 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter

2) 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

3) 1/4 cup coconut sugar

4) 1 egg

5) 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

6) sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt

7) 12 dark chocolate Hershey kisses


1) Preheat oven to 350 F

2) Combine maple syrup, coconut sugar and egg

3) Add peanut butter, protein powder and salt to mixture

4) line baking sheet with parchment paper

5) Roll mixture into tbsp size balls and place on cookie sheet

6) Press cookie down with fork

7) Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on bottom

8) Once out of oven gently press Hershey kiss onto the middle of the cookie
