Mini Peanut Butter Muffins


1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup powdered peanut butter

1/2 cup almond flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 egg

2 tbsp all natural chunky peanut butter

1 banana


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2) mix together protein powder, powdered peanut butter, almond flour, and baking soda

3) melt coconut oil then mix together with egg, and almond milk

4) Add two mixtures together

5) Mix in peanut butter

6) Smash up banana and mix into mixture

7) Grease mini muffin pan with avocado oil

8) Evenly distribute mixture into muffin pan, makes about 30 mini muffins

9) Bake for 8-10 minutes

10) Remove from muffin pan & Enjoy!
