Mago Tofu Bowl


1) 1 block tofu

2) 1 cup brown rice or rice of choice

3) 1 mango

4) 1 avocado

For the sauce-

1) 1/4 cup avocado oil

2) 1/4 cup coconut aminos

3) 1 tsp sesame oil

4) 1/2 lime juiced

5) 1 tsp honey

6) 1 tsp Chile lime seasoning

7) 1 tsp garlic powder


1) Cook rice according to package

2) Soak water out of tofu and cut into large dices

3) Spray pan with olive oil

4) Once pan is hot pour tofu in a cook until golden brown on each side

5) Mix together all sauce ingredients

6) Once tofu is brown pour sauce mixture on top and stir in, lower heat

7) Cut up mango and avocado

8) Once sauce is soaked into tofu remove from heat

9) In bowls layer brown rice with tofu and top with mango and avocado, Makes 3 small bowls

10) Sprinkle sesame seeds and extra chili lime seasoning on top if desired
