Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients3/4 cup Almond flour

3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp Ricotta cheese

1 Egg

sprinkle *optional Italian seasoning, salt

Instructions1) Preheat oven to 425 F

2) In a bowl combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese

3) Microwave for 1 minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds

4) Mix in egg and optional seasoning

5) Place parchment paper on baking sheet and spread out dough to desired thickness-- *I put parchment paper on top to help me spread it out or you can use a rolling pin!

6) Bake for 8-10 minutes

7) Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for another 5-6 minutes
