Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

1) 1 pack raw chicken breast(1.5-2lb)

2) 3.5 cups small potatoes (cut in 1/2)

3) 12 oz green beans

4) 12 oz carrots


For the sauce-

1) 2 cups chicken bone broth

2) 1/4 cup ketchup

3) 1/4 cup coconut aminos

4) 1 Tbsp honey

5) 2 teaspoons garlic powder

6) salt + pepper to taste


Instructions:

1) In a bowl mix together all ingredients for the sauce

2) Spray inside of crockpot with olive oil

3) Add all ingredients into crockpot

4) Pour sauce on top and mix together

5) Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours
