Blueberry Protein Waffles


Ingredients:1.5 cups Almond Flour

2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp Coconut oil

4 Egg Whites

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries


Instructions:

1) Heat waffle Iron

2) Mix together almond flour and protein powder

3) Melt coconut oil

4) Mix together coconut oil, egg whites, vanilla, and almond milk

5) Mix together both mixtures

6) Fold in blueberries

7) Pour 1/4 of mixture into waffle iron

8) Cook until done

9) Repeat until mixture is gone, makes 3 waffles

10) Top with whatever toppings you like (nuts, blueberry, greek yogurt)

11) Enjoy!
